For what purpose do we process your data?
Management of service contracting and subsequent execution: Bio-Oils will perform the data processing necessary to formalize the contracting of our services, as well as to develop, fulfill, and execute formalized contracts. In this regard, we will process data such as: your name, surname, email, telephone number, province, postal code, and information included within the contracted service.
Management of inquiries, complaints/incidents, claims, and requests: Bio-Oils will perform the data processing necessary to address requests made by the user/customer. We will process data such as: name, surname, email, telephone number, province, postal code, and in some cases, academic or professional background.
Management of job applications: If you have decided to send us your application (either spontaneously or for a specific job offer), we will process the data included therein for evaluation and, if applicable, the necessary management of the recruitment process. Likewise, if you have authorized us, we may retain your data for future processes. In this case, we may process the contact details provided and the information contained in your CV.

How long will we process your data? Regarding data collected through the Website for the purposes indicated above, Bio-Oils will process your data for the time necessary to address the request made by the user/customer. This period may vary from the time needed to contact the user to the effective contracting (or not) of our services. For users/candidates who have authorized us to keep their data in our database, the period is 2 years, unless they request to be unsubscribed.
Subsequently, we will keep your personal data blocked during the limitation period for actions that may arise from the relationship with the user/customer or to comply with requirements from public authorities. The maximum retention period is 10 years, in compliance with our legal obligations.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
